Heike 450,000 tons of ABS high-end resin new materials and other projects officially started

On March 1st, the groundbreaking ceremony of the Yike high-end resin New Material Industrial Park project and the transformation and supporting projects of Bio-based aviation fuel technology of Heike Group was held in the Chemical Industry Park of Dongying District, marking the formal transformation of the grand blueprint of the industrial development of the goal of "ten billion" to a beautiful reality.

He pointed out that the two projects started by Haike have advanced technology and obvious advantages. Yike high-end resin new Material Industrial Park plans to invest 6 billion yuan, covering an area of 530 mu, covering 450,000 tons/year ABS high-end resin and supporting facilities, 50,000 tons/year high-performance styrene butadiene latex, 150,000 tons of engineering plastics modification and supporting facilities, new material technology research and development base construction. It is the most important "high, refined and advanced" chemical project in 2023, which is focused on by the province and developed by the park.

Yike high-end resin new Material Industrial Park positioning high-end chemical industry, aims to introduce foreign advanced "green" technology, focus on high-performance new material research and development, production, management, is committed to create upstream and downstream industrial collaboration, high product added value, customized, functional comprehensive business service capabilities. The completion of this project will successfully break the monopoly status quo of foreign new material industry, fill the lack of innovation capability of domestic high-end new material industry, and effectively improve China's international discourse power and influence in the new material industry.

The 500,000-ton/year bio-based aviation fuel technology transformation and supporting project of Haike Group is the group's response to the national strategy of "carbon peak, carbon neutrality", using waste animal and plant oils and their derivatives as raw materials, using the world's leading technology to produce bio-based aviation fuel, hydrocarbon based biodiesel and other advanced biomass liquid fuel, has been included in the provincial priority key project. Compared with the traditional petroleum liquid fuel, the carbon emission of the new fuel can be reduced by more than 80%, reducing the carbon emission of 830,000 tons/year, which is a powerful practice of Heike's product transformation to high-end and low-carbon.
