Bayer launched a defensive battle,
The annual International Consumer Rights and Interests Protection Day has arrived. As a leader in the agrochemical industry, Bayer has been constantly introducing new products to the market, which not only solves various problems encountered in crop production, but also greatly improves the output and quality of agricultural products, which is welcomed by farmers. For example, Fluopyram is a star patented product invented by Bayer, which has a good control effect on various diseases of various crops. In order to make huge profits, someone try every means to copy and sell the patented products, but limited by production capacity, the unqualified products often cause serious harm to the environment and agricultural production.
From 2019 to 2021, a chemical company in Yixing was found to be selling Bayer's Fluopyram in chemical industry circle during market visits, and an investigation was quickly launched. The investigation showed that the company had illegally produced Fluopyram through a number of factories and sold it to a number of domestic agricultural chemical enterprises and export companies. However, due to the cunning of the suspects, the production bases were changed frequently.
From 2021 to 2022, Shanghai Public Security Bureau and Yixing Public Security Bureau of Jiangsu worked together to identify three new upstream suppliers of the suspect through business monitoring and capital flow analysis of the main target.
From August 3-5, 2022, under the coordination of the Public Security Bureau of Yixing City, Jiangsu Province, more than 30 police officers were organized to carry out attacks in three places at the same time, taking action against the production and sales network of the targeted company. After careful deployment, the targets were rounded up and hunted. The production equipment, the company's business license, 36.3 kg of Fluopyram and its purchase and sale contract were seized at the scene.
At this point, the counterfeiting network that produced and sold Fluopyram in many places was completely destroyed, all the target people were arrested, and the counterfeiters were severely punished by law. Bayer reserves the right to hold counterfeiters liable for patent infringement.
Although March 15 is only an annual event, Bayer has been fighting against counterfeiting and other illegal acts to protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers!
