Albaugh announced the acquisition of the Glyphosate business of Corteva to expand global markets

Albaugh recently announced the acquisition of the Glyphosate single-dose business of Corteva. The acquisition includes only intangible assets, trade names, registrations, regulatory data, formulation products, patents and expertise used by Corteva in its direct Glyphosate business worldwide, with the exception of Argentina.

Albaugh had previously acquired the European Glyphosate business of Corteva. With this latest acquisition, Albaugh will expand the coverage of Glyphosate DMA salt formulations and regifiers worldwide, and all Glyphosate DMA salt regifiers will be integrated into Albaugh's existing regional sales structure. Albaugh's sales teams in each region look forward to working with all of our Glyphosate DMA salt customers to continue this business together.
