Shenyang Sciencreat plans to build an expansion project of Mesotrione
On March 14, the Shenyang Bureau of Ecological Environment released a public document about the proposed environmental impact assessment review of Shenyang Sciencreat’s Mesotrione. Shenyang Sciencreat plans to invest RMB 3.1861 million in the construction of the Mesotrione expansion project in Shenyang Economic and Technological Development Zone.
The main contents of the project include: This project is a reconstruction and expansion project, which is constructed in the existing ten workshops. Through process optimization, increasing the feeding amount, and replacing the Dichloroethane solvent in the Acyl Chloride process of NMSBC refining stage with Methylenechloride solvent, the annual output of Mesotrione is increased by 600 tons, the by-product of Sodium sulfite is 590 tons, and the by-product of Sodium sulphate is 641 tons. By-product Sodium chloride 838 tons.
After the completion of the project, the annual output of Mesotrione in ten workshop increased to 2000 tons, and the production capacity of the other workshops did not change. The project's water supply, power supply, drainage and heating all rely on the existing projects.
