Stern launches micronutrient premix for plant milk
Recently, SternVitamin has developed a micronutrient premix, which provides a strong impetus for the booming category of plant-based dairy alternatives. Premixes such as SternHeartV, SternGutV and SternBonesV enable manufacturers to combine plant milks (such as oat milk) with the nutritional needs of specific target populations. At the same time, it can enhance the taste of plant milk. The products use EU-approved health declarations, and the health benefits of these premixes to customers can be marked on the packaging.
SternHeartV: Suitable for athletes, professionals engaged in high-stress work and older consumers. The combination of micronutrients containing vitamin B, vitamin E, folic acid, iodine and zinc supports normal homocysteine levels and the formation of new red blood cells. It also helps maintain optimal muscle function and protect cells from oxidative stress .
SternBonesV: Its combination of vitamin D, vitamin K2, magnesium and calcium helps maintain bone health and is suitable for people of all ages, vegans and people who are lactose intolerant.
SternGutV: This premix combines micronutrients to enhance immune defenses, and dietary fiber with prebiotics and immune regulation properties to support the intestinal-related immune system.
