ADM stops producing dry lysine in the first half of next year
ADM recently announced that it will stop producing dry lysine in the first half of 2021, focusing on meeting the market's demand for liquid and capsule lysine.
In addition, the company also plans to launch new differentiated solutions for dairy cows, including NutriPass L, a capsule lysine product that can continuously supply metabolic lysine to animals.
Pierre Joseph Paoli, President of ADM's Feed Ingredients and Additives Business, pointed out: "The market prospects for dry lysine are already quite bleak, and the global industry capacity expansion far exceeds the growth rate of demand. We will continue to invest to provide customers with cutting-edge raw materials and services, while continuing to consolidate And to strengthen the animal nutrition business product portfolio."
