Top 25 most valuable chemical brands: BASF wins the top spot again
Recently, the world’s leading independent brand valuation consulting firm, Brand Finance, released the “2021 World's Most Valuable Chemicals Brand” ranking list (2021 World's Most Valuable Chemicals Brand). Valued at 51 billion US dollars.
The list shows that Germany's BASF (BASF) once again topped the list with a brand value of US$7.285 billion, but its brand value fell by 7.5% year-on-year; Saudi Basic Industries (SABIC) ranked second with a brand value of US$4.017 billion, and its brand value fell year-on-year 7.3%; American Dow ranked third with a brand value of US$3.729 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 23.0%; Rongsheng Petrochemical ranked 11th, and Xinjiang Zhongtai Chemical ranked 20th for the first time.
In addition, LG Chem, Linde, Lyondell Basel, Asahi Kasei, Air Liquide, DuPont, and Mitsubishi Chemical ranked 4th-10th, with brand values of US$3.602 billion, US$2.679 billion, US$2.282 billion, and US$2.126 billion respectively. , 2.095 billion US dollars, 1.995 billion US dollars, 1.856 billion US dollars.
