Lianhetech plans to invest ¥500 million to Lianhetech (Dezhou), a pesticide production subsidiary
May 29, Lianhetech announced that in order to further meet the business development needs of Lianhetech (Dezhou) ,Lianhetech plans to use its own capital, ¥ 50 million to invest Lianhetech (Dezhou).After the completion of the capital increase, Lianhetech (Dezhou) registered capital increased from ¥1028.88 million to ¥1528.88 million
Lianhetech said that the company used its own funds to increase the capital of the subsidiary, in order to meet the needs of the subsidiary Lianhetech's (Dezhou) business development, is conducive to promoting the development of the company's business
