Maoming Petrochemical innovative synthetic resin successfully transported factory
Recently, Maoming Petrochemical used disposable pallets for the first time to complete 127.5 tons of synthetic resin products and successfully transported out of the factory, further opening up a new mode of green packaging.
It is reported that the original packaging method needs to recover the shared pallets in advance before the products are shipped out, and the materials need to be manually repacked after unpacking. Since the beginning of this year, in order to better meet customers' demand for product innovative packaging, Maoming Petrochemical has actively promoted the disposable pallet project, expanded the sales channels of synthetic resin, and jointly established a research team with Huachan Marketing Company and a well-known domestic pallet manufacturer to jointly optimize export logistics packaging.
According to product packaging requirements, they determined the material, size and quality of the pallet by referring to the parameters of the original shared pallet, and solved problems such as the compatibility of the pallet with the container, packaging line and forklift truck. After several tests, the disposable pallet was finally successful in trial production. The move will effectively reduce product pollution and damage, reduce logistics costs, improve product image and logistics efficiency, and provide greater convenience for product exports.
