Three Chinese Coating Companies Jointly Build a High-Performance Anti-Corrosion Coating Project with an Annual Output of 30,000 tons
Jiangsu Fangmaoshan Polymer Materials Co., Ltd. plans to invest a total of 122.25 million yuan to build a new high-performance anti-corrosion coating project with an annual output of 30,000 tons of low VOCs content.
It is reported that the project was reorganized by three companies: Changzhou Baojin New Material Technology Co., Ltd., Changzhou Hongteng Chemical Co., Ltd., and Jiangsu Lifeng Special Coatings Co., Ltd. Hongteng Chemical Company has now closed and exited.
When the project is completed and put into operation, the two companies, Baojin New Materials and Lifeng Special Coatings, will simultaneously withdraw from the production of all chemical products in their factories within the Changzhou Economic Development Zone and no longer engage in the production of chemical projects.
The project construction site is located in the green coating cluster area of Changzhou Economic Development Zone, Hengshanqiao Town, Changzhou Economic Development Zone. The newly added land is 12,428 square meters.
After the establishment of the factory, it will have an annual output of 6,150 tons of epoxy resin coatings (Annual output of 1,000 tons of epoxy zinc-rich primer coatings, annual output of 500 tons of epoxy non-toxic anti-corrosion coatings for drinking water containers, annual output of 4,650 tons of other epoxy resin coatings), 4,200 tons of acrylic resin coatings, 2,000 tons of polyurethane resin coatings, 2,000 tons of alkyd resin coatings, 2,500 tons of elemental organic coatings, 500 tons of rubber coatings, 1,150 tons of polyester resin coatings, 8,000 tons of water-based industrial coatings, 1,500 tons of epoxy paint curing agents, 1,000 tons of polyurethane curing agents, and 1,000 tons of paint diluents agent.
The epoxy zinc-rich primer produced by this project is suitable for steel rust prevention in atmospheric environments, and is widely used in general anti-corrosion, chemical industry atmosphere, marine environment and other anti-corrosion coatings.
Epoxy zinc-rich primer performs well in terms of cathodic protection, weldability, rust prevention, adhesion, mechanical properties, and supporting properties.Epoxy drinking water resin coatings are mainly used for drinking water pipelines, water pipelines, drinking water containers, fresh water tanks, ballast tanks, fuel tanks, as well as the inner walls of storage tanks, pipes and containers in beverage, pharmaceutical, food, tap water and other industries. It is produced using high-quality environmentally friendly raw materials, with high solid content and large coating thickness.
There are many types of polyurethane coatings with a wide range of applications. They generally have good mechanical properties, high solid content, and good performance in all aspects.The main application directions include wood coatings, automobile repair coatings, anti-corrosion coatings, floor paints, electronic coatings, special coatings, polyurethane waterproof coatings, etc.
Alkyd resin coating has good construction performance and can be dried at room temperature to form a film. The film is bright and full, has strong adhesion, is flexible, strong and not easy to age. It is widely used in the coating of buildings, bridges, ships, vehicles, instruments, meters, etc. The elemental organic coating film has good resistance to high temperatures, corrosion, water and cold, and is widely used in the national defense industry and national economic construction.
