The exhibition is divided into brand hall, comprehensive hall, seed medicine and fertilizer comprehensive hall three theme pavilion, set pesticide, fertilizer, plant protection machinery, packaging materials, filling equipment, facility agriculture, horticultural materials and other five theme exhibition areas, during the exhibition, exhibitors vehicles from the 8 door into the 10 door out.

Notes for exhibitors 

1. Qualification requirements of exhibitors: 

All exhibitors must submit and carry on site business license, product certificate, production license and other "three certificates". All the exhibitors with booths should be consistent with the signed exhibition contract and should not be covered. In addition to providing business licenses and product registration certificates, all foreign companies also need to provide customs certificates, customs declarations for goods entering and leaving Haikou or relevant certification materials such as the Embassy in China.

2, intellectual property protection requirements: 

The organizing committee of the Conference will strictly comply with the provisions of the Measures for the Protection of Intellectual Property Rights of the Exhibition, and actively cooperate with the intellectual property management department of the local government to carry out activities related to the protection of intellectual property rights of the exhibition. In the event of intellectual property disputes during the exhibition, timely assist the infringed enterprises to report to the local intellectual property management department of the exhibition for settlement. It is hoped that all exhibitors can enhance the awareness of intellectual property protection in the exhibition and jointly create a good atmosphere for the protection of enterprise trademark rights, Copyrights and patents.

3, advertising requirements: 

According to the relevant provisions of the national pesticide, fertilizer and other chemical products, agricultural products management and the relevant requirements of the advertising law, all advertising content must be true and reliable and comply with the relevant laws, decrees and regulations of the state. During publicity and display inside and outside the venue, it is not allowed to wear clothing suspected of military uniform, perform on stage in strange clothes on the scene, and display and publicize activities in the form of body painting.

4. On-site order requirements of the exhibition hall: 

Pesticides and fertilizers are not allowed in the museum. No audio, placard holding, occupying the lane to distribute information; No smoking in the venue; Pay attention to exhibition etiquette.

Improve the awareness of prevention, pay attention to the storage of items, please keep the booth supervised; Table and chair rental please go to the pavilion service office to avoid being cheated.
