Univar Solutions Signs Exclusive Distribution Agreement with ImDerma
Univar Solutions, a distributor and supplier of specialty ingredients and chemicals, has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with ImDerma Laboratories in the United States. ImDerma is a producer of cosmetic active ingredients for the beauty and personal care industry, with a range of botanical actives and functional ingredients, including the Imdermalab Peptide X and molecuure purified botanical active ranges.
The agreement will support applications in skin care, sun care and color cosmetics and provide sustainably sourced botanicals using green extraction technology.
Headquartered in Hsinchu, Taiwan, ImDerma offers a unique range of botanical cosmetic active ingredients and other innovative functional ingredients and solutions, using exclusive green extraction technology that is high-purity and non-irritating. The company focuses on skin and analytical science to support ingredient development.

For beauty and personal care products, Univar Solutions provides product development and ongoing brand support to U.S. customers through solution centers and specialized laboratories located in Houston, Texas, and Charlotte, North Carolina.
