Beijing New Building and Carpoly Reorganize, Paint Business Welcomes Major Breakthrough
On December 29, 2023, the signing ceremony of Beijing New Building to jointly reorganize Carpoly, one of the leading companies in China's coatings industry, was held in Beijing. Beijing New Building general manager Guan Li and Carpoly chairman Qiu Qiming signed the agreement on behalf of both parties.
Zhou Yuxian, chairman of China National Building Material, said that the joint reorganization of Carpoly and Beijing New Building is a milestone event in its coatings business and a major event in the Chinese coatings industry. The cooperation between the two parties will surely achieve the 1+1>2 strategy. The synergistic effect will also effectively promote the healthy development of China's coatings industry.
Beijing New Building takes the three major businesses of gypsum board, waterproof materials and coatings as its core and constantly explores new development space. Carpoly is one of the leading companies in Chinese coatings industry, with good brand awareness and a complete sales network. It ranks among the top five in China for architectural decorative coatings, the top three for furniture coatings, and the top 30 in the global coatings industry. Carpoly's joining Beijing New Building will help Beijing New Building's coatings business launch a new round of strong development and achieve a substantial increase in revenue, profits and industry influence.
