NOVA Chemicals Leadership Changes to Enhance Customer Experience
NOVA Chemicals recently announced changes to its organizational structure, a move that will, to a certain extent, consolidate its momentum as North America's leading sustainable polyethylene producer.
Jim Worby has been appointed vice president of polyethylene sales, effective February 1. Todd Becker, who previously held this position, chose to retire from NOVA on April 1, 2024, after 17 years with the company.
Jim is an industry veteran with over 25 years at NOVA, where he drives growth and new business opportunities by building strong relationships with customers. In this role, Jim will lead NOVA’s sales team, focusing on new capacity at the company’s second Advanced SCLAIRTECH Technology facility in Ontario and delivering a broad portfolio of circular solutions, including SYNDIGO rPE resin.
NOVA Chemicals has appointed Debra van Holst as global head of customer experience, a move that underscores NOVA's commitment to putting customers at the heart of its operations. During her nearly three decades with the company, Debra has held leadership roles across operations, marketing, logistics and customer service, allowing her to lead the ongoing development and implementation of NOVA's customer experience programs and drive organizational change.
