South Korea Releases Inspection Results of Overseas Food Manufacturers for 2023

4. Inadequate lighting management in workspaces: The inspections highlighted instances where manufacturers did not have appropriate lighting management in their work areas, which could negatively impact the working environment and potentially compromise product quality.

These findings underscore the importance of maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and quality control in food manufacturing processes. The MFDS has recommended that the suspended manufacturers rectify the identified issues and take corrective actions to ensure compliance with the required standards.
