Thailand's Ministry of Agriculture seized 139,800 litres of illegally traded Glyphosate imports worth more than 12 million baht
Raphum JanPrakit Sriyuk, director general of Thailand's Ministry of Agriculture, revealed that the Thai Ministry of Agriculture raided 139,800 liters of illegally imported pesticide Glyphosate, worth more than 12 million baht, and was seized as a result, in this case, the violation of more than 10 million baht was exceptional.
The agricultural sector demanded positive action against the violators and confiscation for further destruction. The crackdown on illegal pesticide trade was carried out in accordance with the policy of Agriculture Minister Nusantum to stabilize the production system of agriculture, which requires the use of high quality pesticide products.
