Radhesh Welling appointed as Managing Director, Navin Fluorine
The Board of Directors of Navin Fluorine International Ltd. (NFIL) have, at their meeting held on October 22, 2018, approved the appointment of Mr. Radhesh Welling as Managing Director of the company for a period of five years with effect from December 11, 2018.
Mr. Welling has work experience of 22 years, of which 11 was spent working for US based multinational companies and 11 with promoterled Indian companies. He has obtained his Mechanical Engineering degree from National Institute of Technology, India and MBA from IMD, Lausanne, Switzerland. “Having worked and led functions and businesses in and outside India, he brings a strong multi-cultural leadership experience to this role,” a press release from NFIL said. Between 2013 and 2015, Mr. Welling worked with NFIL as President, Marketing and Corporate Strategy. Since 2015, he has been leading Laxmi Organic Industries Ltd., as CEO and Executive Director. His earlier career included eight years with US based J.M. Huber Corporation and was based out of Atlanta, for most of this period.
