Robertet partners with Aethera to strengthen its active ingredients offering
French natural ingredients supplier Robertet and Aethera Biotech, an Italian company specializing in the development of active ingredients, are joining forces to develop biotech botanical complexes by creating a joint venture.
Both companies leverage advances in biotechnology to sustainably produce plant-based ingredients. As a pioneer in extracting natural ingredients, Robertet offers a range of active ingredients, including superoxide dismutase SOD B, a powerful antioxidant extracted from a unique variety of melon. This innovation led to the launch of active ingredients Extramel, Dimpless, Holimel and Melorun, each offering benefits in different areas.
For its part, Aethera Biotech pioneers innovative biotech botanical complexes through patented technology that mimics nature, producing 100% natural ingredients without environmental pollutants, solvents or preservatives. This approach provides continuous and permanent availability regardless of seasons or geographical boundaries, while ensuring a high level of security and respect for biodiversity.
"Through our partnership with Aethera Biotech, we aim to enrich Robertet's portfolio of natural active ingredients and expand our range of high-quality products to meet the diverse needs of our customers." Robertet said in a statement. In addition, Robertet will gradually become the exclusive distributor of products derived from this patented technology in European countries, except Italy, reinforcing its commitment to providing natural ingredients, excellence and innovation.
Robertet and Aethera will unveil their latest collaboration at the Cosmetics Exhibition in Paris from April 16 to 18. This new biotechnological, patented and standardized ingredient is named AQ3Rose CROP-G, after the rose, the iconic rose in the fragrance world. Thanks to a potent blend of polysaccharides and plant collagen, AQ3Rose CROP-G prevents premature skin aging and provides deep hydration to rejuvenate and revitalize the skin. According to Robertet, it naturally increases skin elasticity and firmness by stimulating the production of new collagen.
