One of the notable areas of focus for Hengrui Pharmaceutical is antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). ADCs, considered the next generation of anti-tumor drugs, have garnered significant attention within the industry. Leveraging its expertise and a modular HRMAP technology platform developed over a decade, Hengrui Pharmaceutical has successfully obtained clinical approval for 11 differentiated ADC molecules. These include HER2 ADC product SHR-A1811, TROP2 ADC product SHR-A1921, and Claudin 18.2 ADC product SHR-A1904, which have entered phase III clinical trials.
Looking ahead, Hengrui Pharmaceutical's investment in innovation and the commercialization of novel drugs is expected to drive future revenue growth. With an extensive pipeline of more than 90 innovative products in clinical development and nearly 300 clinical trials conducted globally, the company is poised for further success. Key therapeutic targets such as HER2, TROP2, Claudin18.2, and HER3, among others, ensure Hengrui Pharmaceutical's presence in high-demand areas.
