SODALIS Group acquires majority stake in ARTDECO Cosmetics Group
Sodalis Group, a leading Italian company in the health and beauty sector, has signed a key agreement to acquire a majority stake in Artdeco Cosmetics Group, a leading German cosmetics company known for its affordable luxury brands.
Artdeco Cosmetics Group was founded in 1985 as a family business with three different brands: Artdeco, Make up Factory and Anny. The acquisition marks a major expansion for the Sodalis Group, strengthening its brand portfolio with strong market position and consumer recognition, especially in Germany where Artdeco is a leader in selective color cosmetics
The integration of Artdeco into the Sodalis Group is expected to leverage synergies between the two companies’ complementary strengths in product innovation, brand management and distribution efficiency. This move not only strengthens the Sodalis Group's market presence in Europe, but also lays the foundation for further expansion and growth in global markets, especially in the beauty and cosmetics sector.
