Canada Approves Natamycin as a Preservative for Certain Cheeses
On May 30, 2024, Health Canada issued document M-FAA-24-06, proposing to revise the list of approved preservatives and authorize the use of natamycin in certain cheeses.
The approved uses and limits for natamycin are as follows:
