On June 6, 2024, Alphamab Oncology Biopharma (ticker: 9966.HK), a subsidiary of Alphamab Oncology Inc., announced a research and commercialization partnership with ArriVent BioPharma, Inc. (Nasdaq: AVBP) to discover and develop new antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) using Alphamab Oncology's proprietary Alphatecan linker-payload platform and site-specific conjugation technology.

Under the agreement, Alphamab Oncology will retain the development and commercialization rights for the ADC products in Greater China, including mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan. ArriVent will be responsible for the associated development costs.

As part of the deal, Alphamab Oncology is eligible to receive an upfront payment, as well as potential milestone payments related to product registration, development, and sales, totaling up to $615.5 million. Additionally, Alphamab Oncology will be entitled to tiered royalties on net sales of the ADC products by ArriVent.
