Australia Proposes Maximum Residue Limits for Spiromesifen in Food
On June 25, 2024, the Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA) released a consultation document aimed at establishing maximum residue limits (MRLs) for the pesticide Spiromesifen in certain food commodities. The specific proposed MRL settings are as follows (where "*" indicates that the MRL is set at or near the limit of detection, for more details please refer to page 27 of the document). The consultation period for this document is open until July 23, 2024.
