Recently, the 8-month-old Henan Baili New Material Co., Ltd.'s annual production capacity of 200,000 tons of water-based paint project will soon be put into production. This project has a short construction period, large scale and outstanding development advantages. After completion, it will become the largest water-based paint production base in Jiaozuo City.
This project is a key observation project of Jiaozuo City in the first quarter. It is of great significance to assisting the green development of enterprises and promoting industrial transformation and upgrading. It has been unanimously affirmed by Xu Yixian, deputy secretary of the Jiaozuo Municipal Party Committee and Mayor. It is understood that the company aims to optimize the human home environment and is committed to the research and development, production and sales of environmentally friendly water paints. The total investment of the project is 500 million yuan, covering an area of 260 acres, with a construction area of 100,000 square meters, and solving nearly 500 jobs. It is a key construction project of the "Thirty Project" Green Coating Industrial Park in the Zhongzhan District. Construction started in the fourth quarter of last year. It was put into production, and it took 8 months from the start of construction to the start of production, creating a "mid-station speed". The project builds a fully intelligent closed production line for warehousing, production and packaging, with resource conservation and clean production management as the goal, which can not only achieve the maximum efficiency and benefit, but also achieve the perfect fit between the economic development of the enterprise and the environmentally friendly development; three Water-based coatings are the development trend of the industry, and the market prospects are broad. With the implementation of the construction industry, large-scale infrastructure, and old city renovation projects, the demand for water-based coatings has increased sharply. It is estimated that the new sales revenue will be 1 billion yuan after completion, and the profit and tax will be 200 million yuan.
