The convertible bond plan shows that Feilu intends to raise 126 million yuan in new projects with an annual output of 20,000 tons of water-based resins, and 51.17 million yuan in new projects for high-end equipment water-based paints. The total investment of the above two projects is expected to be 321 million yuan, and the part of the funds raised above the convertible bonds will be solved by the company's previously raised funds and the company's self-raised funds.
