SMC Global Acquires International Chemicals LLC

On November 13, SMC Global, a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality chemical products and industrial services, announced that it has acquired International Chemicals LLC (ICC). The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. The move will significantly enhance its presence in the oil and gas and produced water treatment markets. The acquisition combines SMC's existing oilfield business with ICC's operations to create a broader, more innovative portfolio of products and services designed to meet the growing needs of these important industries.

Upon completion of the acquisition, ICC will operate as a subsidiary of SMC Global and maintain its strong market position with its state-of-the-art facility in Texas. The eight-acre facility features dedicated application and quality control laboratories, a well-equipped truck fleet, manufacturing capabilities, and 90,000 square feet of warehousing space, all of which support efficient operations and high customer satisfaction.
