Three Applications Spark Debate at Food Standards Australia New Zealand

  • Application A1311: Seeking opinions on the use of prolyl oligopeptidase as a processing aid. This enzyme is produced by genetically modified Trichoderma reesei and is used in beverage production. The deadline for comments is January 24, 2025, at 11:59 PM (Canberra time).
  • Application A1323: Seeking opinions on the approval of genetically modified soybean line COR23134 for food use. This genetically modified soybean line is designed to control lepidopteran pests.
