Weinberg Capital Partners acquires majority stake in Cosmogen
Weinberg Capital Partners (WCP) announces a majority investment in French beauty packaging supplier Cosmogen. Financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
Cosmogen has experienced strong organic growth, with a turnover of nearly €25 million in 2024. "The team is very excited and fully committed to driving forward into a new phase of growth with Weinberg Capital Partners," said Priscille Allais, President and CEO of Cosmogen. "Their investment is a validation of our vision and strategy. It will allow us to accelerate Cosmogen's growth by leveraging what makes us successful today: our culture, our values, our ability to innovate, our high standards and our dedication to our customers."
Paul Cordahi, Director of WCP, commented: "Priscille Allais has done an excellent job positioning Cosmogen as a unique player in a dynamic market. Her reputation and deep expertise with major brands will enable Cosmogen to continue its strong growth trajectory.
"It was this outstanding 'customer capital' that attracted us." We are excited to strengthen Weinberg Capital Partners’ presence in beauty with Cosmogen, following our investment in niche fragrance brand Juliette Has a Gun in 2023.”
