U.S. well-known catalyst company Unicat acquires British counterpart Magma
Recently, the US Unicat Catalyst Technology Company announced the acquisition of the British counterpart Magma Group. The two parties will achieve a strong alliance, jointly integrate global catalyst resources, and promote the innovation and upgrading of the industrial chain supply chain of the catalyst industry.
Unicat, headquartered in Alvin, Texas, is a world-renowned supplier of catalyst products and technical services, mainly producing desulfurizers, shift catalysts, methanation catalysts and PSA adsorbents. The combined company will jointly provide global innovative catalysts and ceramic products and services for the refineries, synthesis gas, chemical, steel, agriculture and green energy industries.
Magma CEO and founder Mark Stuckey (Mark Stuckey) will be responsible for the company's expanded business after mergers and acquisitions, and Unicat co-founder Mani Erfan will continue to serve as chief technology officer.
Mani Evan said that Magma's pioneering catalyst technology will provide our global customers with better energy efficiency and yield benefits. This merger and acquisition will help expand the realization of existing partners among enterprises, and realize the optimization and improvement of products and manufacturing capabilities.
Eric Liu, the co-founder and global chief supply chain officer of Unicat, said that combining Magma's catalyst production technology with Unicat's product portfolio and sales network can promote the growth of the catalyst business in the United States and the world, and will provide Chinese counterparts and users Provide better service.
