INX International Ink Company has announced that it has successfully completed its acquisition of Servicom New Zealand Limited. INX has also signed a definitive agreement to acquire Galaxy Inks & Coatings Australia Limited. The transaction is expected to close by the end of this month, subject to customary closing conditions.
Founded in 2004 and led by founder Stephen Southon, Servicom New Zealand has established a strong reputation as an innovative provider and the exclusive distributor of INX products in New Zealand. The company supplies high-performance inks for sheetfed offset, UV, heatset and two- and three-sheet metallic decoration, as well as a comprehensive range of water-based, UV and metallic decorative coatings.
Galaxy Inks & Coatings Australia, founded in 1994 by Paul Hidajat and headquartered in Sydney, is the exclusive distributor of INX products in Australia. Galaxy provides premium packaging inks, advanced inkjet solutions for digital printing and a full range of ink and coating services, including color matching, supply chain management systems and technical troubleshooting.
“These acquisitions are a major milestone in our strategy to grow INX’s presence and capabilities in Australia and New Zealand,” said Blair Welch, INX Managing Director for Australia and New Zealand. “With Servicom fully integrated and Galaxy quickly following, INX is poised to streamline operations, enhance customer support and accelerate growth across the region.”
