Top Leadership Changes at China Chemical Engineering Group Two Key Appointments in 2025

On June 25, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) announced significant leadership changes at China National Chemical Engineering Group Corporation Ltd. (CNCEC). Deng Zhaojing has been appointed as Deputy Party Secretary and Director and is nominated as the General Manager candidate. Meanwhile, Hu Fushen has been named Deputy Party Secretary.

Deng Zhaojing's Career Highlights
In June 2024, Deng was approved by SASAC to serve as a Party Committee member of CNCEC, holding concurrent roles as a Party Committee member and Deputy General Manager of China National Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd. In 2025, Deng continued to participate in major supervisory meetings as a Party Committee member while also serving as Executive Director and General Manager of China Chemical Science & Technology Research Co., Ltd.

Hu Fushen's Career Path
Hu has held numerous leadership positions, including Deputy Manager and Manager of the Fourth Division of China Chemical Second Construction Group Corporation, Chief Engineer and Deputy General Manager of the same company, and later as its Party Secretary and Chairman. He also served as a Party Committee member of both CNCEC and China National Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd. In June 2025, Hu was officially appointed as Deputy Party Secretary of CNCEC.
