UBE Unveils Eco-Friendly Nylon and Materials with U-BE-INFINITY Certification

June 26, 2025: UBE Corporation announced that two of its products have received the U-BE-INFINITY® eco-product certification, which recognizes contributions to environmental sustainability. The certified products include bio-circular caprolactam produced by UBE Corporation Europe S.A.U. and recycled polyamide composites from UBE Composites Europe S.L.U.

The U-BE-INFINITY® label is awarded by UBE Corporation to innovative products and technologies that advance environmental goals. This initiative highlights UBE's commitment to addressing global environmental challenges through sustainable solutions.

Certified Products:

1. Bio-Circular Caprolactam
   Made using the mass balance method and incorporating sustainable raw materials like biomass, this caprolactam has achieved ISCC PLUS certification. Now available in the market, it supports the circular economy and decarbonization efforts by reducing reliance on fossil fuels.

2. Recycled Polyamide Composites
   UBE Composites Europe has developed two PIR-based polyamide products: DINALON® A2X25-MI H-4109 (PA66) and B2E25 G20DI-4115 (PA6). These materials are certified under the AENOR UNE-EN15343 standard, ensuring traceability of recycled content from raw materials to final products.

Through these innovations, UBE aims to contribute to sustainable manufacturing and expand its eco-product portfolio, promoting a greener global economy.
