China National Chemical Engineering Group Announces Key Leadership Changes

On June 25, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) announced significant leadership adjustments at China National Chemical Engineering Group Corporation Ltd. (CNCEC). Deng Zhaojing has been appointed as Deputy Party Secretary and Director, and has been nominated as the candidate for General Manager of the group. Meanwhile, Hu Fushen has been named Deputy Party Secretary of CNCEC.

Deng Zhaojing’s Career Highlights
In June 2024, Deng was approved by SASAC to serve as a Standing Committee Member of the Party Committee at CNCEC and as Deputy General Manager of China National Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd. (CNCEC Ltd.). By 2025, Deng continued to hold his position on the Party Committee and served as Executive Director and General Manager of China Chemical Science and Technology Research Co., Ltd.

Hu Fushen’s Career Highlights
Hu has held several leadership roles at CNCEC, including positions as General Manager and Chief Engineer of subsidiaries within the group. He also served as Party Secretary and Chairman of the Second Construction Group, and later as Standing Committee Member of the Party Committee at CNCEC. In June 2025, Hu was officially named Deputy Party Secretary of CNCEC.

These appointments reflect CNCEC’s continued emphasis on strengthening its leadership team to drive the company’s strategic growth and innovation in the engineering and construction sectors.
