Company Name Change Announcement

We are pleased to inform you that Echemi Global Co., Limited ("Global") has officially transferred its business operations to a new entity, ECHEMI SPECIALTIES LIMITED ("SPECIALTIES"), effective July 9, 2025.

All existing business operations will continue to be carried out by ECHEMI SPECIALTIES LIMITED. Contracts signed under the former company name remain valid. From July 9, 2025 onward, all internal and external documents, materials, invoices, bank accounts, tax numbers, etc., will use the new company name "ECHEMI SPECIALTIES LIMITED".

Please note that this name change does not affect the company's legal entity, business structure, or our commitment to clients. All existing relationships and service commitments remain unchanged.
