POND GROUP Acquires All Grace, Boosting Cosmetics Market Share by 20%

ECHEMI 2025-07-30

POND GROUP announced on the 29th that it will acquire cosmetics company All Grace for 19 billion won.

POND GROUP will acquire 100% of Oris, with the expected closing date being October 31st of this year.

All Grace is a comprehensive Korean beauty distribution platform company led by CEO Kim Gang-il, founder of the "Joseon Beauty" brand. It also operates its own brand, "Celebrate."

In March of last year, All Grace partnered with City Duty-Free to open a K-beauty independent brand edit shop in the departure area of Terminal 1 at Incheon International Airport. A pop-up shop opened in Terminal 2 duty-free shops in May. In addition to duty-free shops, All Grace also has a presence in H&B stores, a beauty edit shop, and an online store.

Through the newly acquired All Grace and its subsidiary, cosmetics distributor Most, POND GROUP aims to expand its cosmetics business to over 20% of total sales by 2026.

POND GROUP representative said, "We will combine POND GROUP' distribution and financial strength with CEO Kim Gang-il's more than a decade of experience in planning and operating K-beauty brands, who created the globally popular 'Joseon Beauty,' to transform ourselves into a global innovative company that directly plans and operates all areas of the cosmetics business."
