On July 22, the average market price of adipic acid was 7,066 CNY/ton, and by August 6, the average market price of adipic acid in China had risen to 7,300 CNY/ton, an increase of 3.3%.

Bullish support lifts China's adipic acid market

Since July 22, the prices of raw materials for adipic acid, such as pure benzene and cyclohexanone, have risen, and the demand from the terminal plastic industry has increased, leading to an overall rise in the prices of adipic acid manufacturers. The trading in China's adipic acid market has improved, and the market has warmed up. As of August 6, the average price of adipic acid in the market rose to around 7,300 CNY/ton, with an overall increase of more than 3%.

Adipic acid analysts believe: In mid-August, rigid demand from end-user industries in China has increased, and the raw material market has improved, leading to expectations that the adipic acid market will continue to strengthen.
