Downside Pressure Continues as Adipic Acid Market Weakens
September 11, News
According to the commodity market analysis system: Since September, bearish factors still exist, and the adipic acid market in China has continued to weaken. On September 1st, the average market price of adipic acid was 7,383 CNY/ton. By September 11th, the average market price of adipic acid in China had dropped to 7,300 CNY/ton, a decrease of 1.13%.
Negative factors persist, continuously driving down the adipic acid market in China.
Since September, the market for cyclohexanone, a raw material for adipic acid, has been weak but stable, while the price of pure benzene, another raw material, has fallen. The rigid demand from the terminal market has weakened, leading to a continuous decline in the price of adipic acid. By September 11, the price had dropped to 7,300 CNY per ton, with moderate market transactions and average sales. With multiple negative factors at play, the market for adipic acid has shown a weak downward trend.
Adipic acid analysts believe that in late September, rigid demand from terminal industries in China is weak, and the effect of raw material price increases is limited. The adipic acid market will continue to weaken.
