▋Henan: The Zhengzhou-Anyang section of Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway prohibits dangerous goods transportation vehicles from passing
1. From 0:00 on June 20 to 6:00 on July 2, 2021, the Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway from Zhengzhou (the Liujiang Overpass that connects the Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao and Lianhuo Expressways) to Anyang (the Henan-Hebei provincial boundary) is prohibited Dangerous goods transportation vehicles pass.
2. Dangerous goods transportation vehicles are prohibited from entering the toll stations along the forbidden road section. Dangerous goods transportation vehicles should choose other highways such as Daguang and other highways to bypass or leave the highway nearby. Dangerous goods transport vehicles entering Henan Province from Hebei through the Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway shall leave the expressway at Anyang North Station.
3. Fuel (gas) delivery vehicles from fuel (gas) stations in the service area along the Zhengzhou-Anyang section of the Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway shall be delivered via the nearest route between the delivery destination and the toll station from 8 am to 20 am every day. In order to prevent major traffic accidents and ensure the safety of people’s lives and property, the Yueyang Detachment of Hunan Provincial Highway Traffic Police Bureau decided to impose a time-limited ban on passenger and dangerous vehicles on highways in Yueyang’s jurisdiction from June 21 to July 5, 2021. ▋Shanghai: June 20th to July 2nd, all day travel restrictions
On June 18, the Shanghai Road Transport Development Center issued the "Emergency Notice on Further Strengthening the Safety Management and Control of the Road Transport Industry of Dangerous Goods in this Municipality."
According to relevant regulations, enterprises need to be asked to suspend all non-essential transportation of dangerous goods and carry out transportation from 0:00 on June 20, 2021 to 24:00 on July 2, 2021, except for people’s livelihood, urban operation and major production projects. The Ministry has sorted out 42 major risks and hidden dangers in production safety, and reported the results of the survey before July 5 to the Shanghai Road Dangerous Goods Transportation Industry Association.
At the same time, the City Road Transport Center will improve the upgrade and transformation of the electronic waybill system. From 0:00 on June 25, 2021 to 24:00 on July 2, the city (Shanghai) electronic waybill system will suspend the submission of electronic waybills by enterprises. If it is really necessary to submit the electronic waybill for the transportation of dangerous goods, the transportation enterprise can report to the registered underground transportation center and the delivery center in accordance with the territorial management principle, and transport it in accordance with the regulations.
▋Shenzhen: Starting from July 1, non-Shenzhen license plate hazardous chemical vehicles will be restricted
In order to further strengthen the safety management of dangerous goods transportation vehicles in Shenzhen, in accordance with Article 39 of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China, the fourth "Measures for the Safety Management of Road Transportation of Dangerous Goods" (Order No. 29 of the Ministry of Transport 2019) According to the provisions of Article 19, Shenzhen will continue to implement measures to restrict the passage of vehicles for transporting dangerous goods in different places on all roads except expressways in the city from 0 am to 6 am.

Dangerous goods transportation vehicles with non-Shenzhen license plates are prohibited from passing on all roads in the city except expressways.

S3 Guangshen Riverside Expressway, G4 Guangshen Expressway, G15 Jihe Expressway, S33 Nanguang Expressway, S31 Longda Expressway, G94 Meiguan Expressway, S29 Qingping Expressway, G4E Yanpai Expressway, S28 Shuiguan Expressway, G4E Boshen Expressway, S30 Huishen Coastal Expressway (East section of G4E Yanpai Expressway), G15 Shenshan Expressway, G25 Changshen Expressway, S86 Outer Ring Expressway.

▋Beijing: restricted travel from June 20th to July 2nd
From 0:00 on June 20 to 24:00 on July 2, 2021, Beijing will prohibit vehicles carrying hazardous chemicals (including highly toxic chemicals) from driving on roads in the city’s administrative area throughout the day.
▋Hebei: From July 1st, Beijing-Harbin Expressway and Qinbin Expressway will be restricted
From 0:00 on July 1 to 24:00 on August 31, traffic restrictions were taken on the G1 Jingha Expressway (Hebei Section K47-K63, K102-K262).
From 0:00 on July 1 to 24:00 on August 31, traffic management measures will be implemented on G0111 Qinbin Expressway (K0-K161 in Qinhuangdao-Tangshan Section).
