Pharma Manufacturing & Automation Excellence Awards 2025: Celebrating the Best in Innovation, Quality & Leadership

The Pharma Manufacturing & Automation Excellence Awards 2025, co-located with the 7th Annual Pharma Manufacturing & Automation Convention, lit up Hyderabad on October 9^th, 2025, at Novotel HICC, bringing together the brightest minds and boldest innovators in the pharmaceutical industry.

The Awards were designed to honor organizations and individuals who have set benchmarks in manufacturing, automation, sustainability, quality, and leadership. This year’s edition recognized 25 outstanding winners, representing a cross-section of India’s pharmaceutical excellence, from emerging leaders to industry icons.

Organizational Excellence

The Awards honoured some of the most respected names in the industry for their remarkable achievements in manufacturing excellence, automation, sustainability, and leadership. Among the distinguished organizational winners were Chieron Active Ingredients Pvt. Ltd., Orchid Pharma – A Dhanuka Company, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd., Ajanta Pharma Limited, GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals Ltd., Encube Ethicals Pvt. Ltd., Granules India Ltd., and Plasmagen Biosciences, each recognized for their contributions to driving innovation and operational excellence in pharma. 

Individual Achievements

The Awards also spotlighted visionary professionals whose leadership is shaping the future of pharma. Winners included Future-Ready Leaders, Automation Champions, Sustainability Advocates, Workforce Upskilling Evangelists, and Icons of Pharma Manufacturing. The awards spotlighted leaders such as Bhavesh V Agarwal, Srilaxmi Rao, Zakir Allisaheb Nadaf, Dr. Parthasarathy Sampathkumar, Madhu Sundar MS, and Prashant Sharma, who have made outstanding contributions through their vision, innovation, and leadership. 

Jury’s Selection Honors

The most prestigious moments of the evening were reserved for the Jury’s Selection Awards, where Satish Agrawal was honoured as Pharma Manufacturing Leader and Shirish Belapure received the Life’s Achievement Award. These recognitions highlighted decades of service, vision, and pioneering contributions that continue to inspire generations.
