China Sodium Metabisulfite Price Trend
According to the commodity market analysis system, the price of sodium metabisulfite in China increased this week. The average price of industrial-grade sodium metabisulfite at the beginning of the week was 1,956 CNY per ton, and by the end of the week, it was 1,960 CNY per ton, representing a price increase of 0.17%.
This week, the market price of industrial-grade sodium metabisulfite (96.5% content) in China increased. The price of soda ash, an upstream product of sodium metabisulfite, rose by 0.34%, while the price of sulfur fell by 2.04%. Downstream, the price of caprolactam increased by 0.2%. The mixed increases and decreases in the upstream and downstream markets, along with a faster pace of transactions in the sodium metabisulfite market, supported the price increase.
