AstraZeneca was exposed to divest heavy breathing products, set up a new company to take over
Recently, industry sources said that AstraZeneca will form a new company with a "Chinese" investment company, and AstraZeneca will transfer its respiratory product line to this new company, and complete the staff signing before July 1.
According to analysts, AstraZeneca spun off the new company mainly because of the impact of pooling. Due to the contraction of profits, the related products will gradually become the company's non-core assets, and the newly established company mainly manages some of the collected product lines divested by the company, and more collected products are expected to be transferred in the future, such as the digestion product line.
