BASF and Nihon Nohyaku Partner for Fruit Crop Protection in Japan
BASF and Nihon Nohyaku announced an agreement under which Nihon Nohyaku will exclusively distribute BASF’s fruit crop protection products in Japan. The products, marketed under BASF’s trademarks and registrations, will be launched starting October 1, 2025.
This collaboration allows Nihon Nohyaku to integrate BASF’s high-quality fruit crop portfolio into its product lineup, positioning the company to achieve top market share in Japan’s fruit crop protection sector. BASF, in turn, strengthens its reach in the Japanese agricultural market by leveraging Nihon Nohyaku’s distribution expertise and farmer network.
The partnership is expected to enhance competitiveness and ensure that growers gain access to advanced, reliable solutions tailored to Japan’s agricultural needs.
