The urea market price in China increased by 3.94% this month.

Supply and Demand Situation
This month, the urea market prices in China fluctuated and increased. In the first half of the month, after the urea market prices continued to rise, there was a slight correction. The export market for urea improved, the price of coal, a raw material, increased, and the market supply decreased; under these favorable conditions, the urea prices rose significantly. In the second half of the month, after the urea market prices weakened and fell, they experienced a slight increase. Urea production facilities gradually resumed operations, leading to ample market supply and high urea inventory levels, while the purchasing enthusiasm from downstream compound fertilizer enterprises was insufficient.
Market Situation
As of September 30, urea market prices in Shandong were around 1720-1780 CNY per ton, in Hebei around 1780-1790 CNY per ton, in Henan around 1710-1750 CNY per ton, and in Liaoning around 1760-1800 CNY per ton.
3. Future Market Prediction
Urea analysts believe: Recently, the urea market has seen minor adjustments. Currently, the market supply is sufficient, and the demand for autumn fertilizers has not been fully released, resulting in a moderate trading atmosphere. It is expected that in the short term, urea prices in China will mainly undergo narrow-range consolidation.
