From 300 yuan to 30000 yuan, the capital speculation has raised the price of tea

Pu'er tea is welcomed by many consumers. However, the price of Pu'er tea in the market is quite different. There are tens of yuan per kilogram, and tens of thousands of yuan per kilogram, which makes people confused. At present, Yunnan Pu'er Spring Tea has been basically picked. What is the output and price of this year?
Spring Tea Reduction Middle and Low-end Pu'er Tea prices did not rise but fell
In Yunnan Pu'er Tea Source Square, reporters saw that at 7:00 a.m., tea farmers in various tea districts had shipped their wool tea here and sold it to buyers from all over the country. Li Ronggui, a tea grower in Jinggu County, Puer City, Yunnan Province: Last year, spring tea was produced in two tons, and this year it is only a little over a ton. Fan Zhenying, a tea farmer in Mojiang County, Puer City, Yunnan Province, said that the output of tea is half of that of last year (why so much is reduced by half). This year's rain is not good. Journalists learned that since February this year, there has been almost no rain in the area, and the production of tea has declined significantly due to the drought. Ko Aihua, director of the Brown Tea Farmers'Professional Cooperative in Puer City, Yunnan Province, said: Like last year's dried wool tea, more than 17 tons were produced, but this year's output has been reduced. This year's output should be about 12 tons, a reduction of about one third. However, in the tea market, reporters found that this year's purchasers came less than in previous years, the demand was not large, the price of tea did not rise, especially in the low and middle-end tea, but the price slightly declined. Tang Wenzhong, a tea farmer in Simao District, Puer City, Yunnan Province, said, "Last year, it was better to sell (how much is your tea this year and last year). This year, it was over sixty yuan and one kilogram. Last year, it was over seventy yuan." Chen Jishun, a tea purchaser in Puer City, Yunnan Province, said that the price may be lower than last year.
Modern tea garden, we call it platform tea (less than 50 years), the price is relatively lower, the price is not very high, like the general tree type (50-100 years) trees, is still stable, the price has not changed much last year, that is, ancient tea (more than 100 years), up 10% to 30%, there may be a higher place.
Capital speculation price hangs upside down the ancient tea tree plucking
Although the price of middle and low-end Pu'er tea has decreased slightly, some high-end Pu'er tea has risen sharply this year, and even the price of new tea hangs upside down more expensive than old tea. What is the reason for this? In Chayuan Square in Puer, Yunnan, the reporter met Tan Lifeng, the owner of Puer, Iceland. In the innermost part of her shop, there are 357 grams of tea cakes, which cost 54,000 yuan in 2016, 57,000 yuan in 2015 and 60,000 yuan in 2014. Tan Lifeng, head of Yunnan Lincang Fitness Tea Co., Ltd.
This is in 2016. Tea like this is made up of 50 pieces a year at most. Every year, a little price will be raised, because it is impossible to say that new tea is more expensive than old tea. In general, the longer the year of high-end Pu'er tea is, the higher the price will be. But the reporter found that the price of new tea and old tree tea will be upside down because of the soaring price of fresh leaves this year.
This is in 2015 (Icelandic Ancient Tea). The whole pot (280 grams) only sells 3980 yuan, but in 2018, one of our tea cakes, 72 grams (350 grams), will cost 30,000 yuan. It is known that since 2010, the average price of ancient tree tea in Laozhai, Iceland, has risen from 300 yuan to 500 yuan per kilogram to 38,000 yuan to 42,000 yuan per kilogram in 2018. This year, it has surpassed 60,000 yuan (per kilogram), an increase of more than 100 times.
This spring, before the picking of Pu'er tea, famous mountain village Pu'er tea was stirred up. Industry insiders said that capital speculation not only disrupted the whole price system of Pu'er tea, but also brought a more serious consequence, that is, over-picking of ancient tea trees. In the famous local tea producing area, many ancient tea trees have died, and the leaves of King Tea are sparse. Zhou Tianhua, Chairman of Lancang Mangjingbingla Tea Farmers'Professional Cooperative, said that half of the dead tea tree did not leave leaves and was overharvested. Industry insiders said that, on the one hand, because of the high price of tea, tea farmers pick more, on the other hand, the high price of tea farmers to outsiders, outsiders in order to recover the cost, can pick as much as possible, which greatly harms the ancient tea tree.
