With A Total Investment of 42.071 Billion Yuan, Gulei Petrochemical Built A New Project
On March 1, the environmental impact report of "Fujian Gulei 1.5 million tons/year ethylene and downstream deep processing consortium project" was announced.
It is understood that the EIA impact report of the project was prepared by China Huanqiu Engineering Co., Ltd. and publicized in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Environmental Impact Assessment Law of the People's Republic of China and the Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment.
The project mainly builds 1.5 million tons of ethylene, a total of 1 million tons of mLLDPE and HDPE, 950,000 tons of polypropylene, 250,000 tons of phenol/acetone, etc. The construction site is on the west side of Xindugu Highway, the north-south main road of Gulei Petrochemical Base in Zhangzhou City, Fujian Province, with a total investment of 42.071 billion yuan!
Construction details: Ethylene and downstream - ethylene production scale is 1.5 million tons/year, ethylene downstream planning is to build 10/1 million tons/year ethylene oxide/ethylene glycol, 400,000 tons/year HDPE, 600,000 tons/year mLLDPE/HDPE and 50,000 tons/year hexene-1.
Propylene and downstream - Propylene downstream plans to build 400,000 tons/year polypropylene (impact/random) and 550,000 tons/year polypropylene (homopolymer/random). There are also some propylene downstream plans to build 250,000 tons/year of phenol acetone, 270,000 tons/year of bisphenol A and 290,000 tons/year of polycarbonate.
In addition, 910,000 tons/year of pyrolysis gasoline hydrogenation (including styrene extraction), 220,000 tons/year of butadiene extraction, 56,000 tons/year of butene-1 plant and 570,000 tons/year of aromatic Extracted.
Main raw materials: This project uses naphtha, pentane oil, raffinate, n-butane, propane, etc. provided by Fuhaichuang's raw material adaptability technical transformation project as raw materials, and produces ethylene through steam cracking, thereby extending the product chain and producing downstream petrochemicals.
