Invest 6 Billion! Construction of Polycarbonate Joint Project Starts
On February 28, the pile foundation project of the 350,000-ton/year phenol acetone project of the Longjiang Chemical Polycarbonate Joint Project of Heilongjiang New Industry Investment Group officially started construction. This project is one of the top 100 projects in Heilongjiang Province, and it is also a key project to realize "oil head and tail".
The first phase of the project plans to invest 3 billion yuan, including the construction of 3 sets of 350,000 tons/year phenol acetone, 200,000 tons/year bisphenol A, and 200,000 tons/year pure benzene. The annual sales revenue is expected to be 4 billion yuan, profits and taxes 1.5 billion yuan;
The second phase of the project plans to invest 3 billion yuan to build a 260,000-ton/year polycarbonate project. After reaching production, it is expected to achieve sales revenue of 4 billion yuan and profits and taxes of 1.3 billion yuan.
According to reports, the project mainly undertakes the downstream raw materials of Daqing Petrochemical's refining structure adjustment, transformation and upgrading project. For example, after the project is put into operation, it will use 250,000 tons of toluene raw materials (Daqing Petrochemical Company provides 220,000 tons and purchases 30,000 tons) to produce 200,000 tons of benzene. 200,000 tons of benzene raw materials will all enter the downstream phenol and acetone plant, and together with the 100,000 tons of propylene raw materials provided by Daqing Petrochemical Company, 130,000 tons of acetone and 220,000 tons of phenol will be produced. 50,000 tons of acetone and 170,000 tons of phenol enter the downstream bisphenol A plant, producing 200,000 tons of bisphenol A raw materials, and the remaining 80,000 tons of acetone and 50,000 tons of phenol are all exported.
At present, the park where the project is located has built water supply, sewage treatment, industrial pipe gallery, raw material terminal and other supporting projects for the project, and is supporting the construction of special railway lines, electric power, steam pipelines, and parking lots for hazardous chemicals. All supporting projects will be completed in the first half of 2023 to meet the needs of the project.
