This meeting is based on the theme of "Rapid transformation of China's energy pattern - higher reliability, better efficiency, cleaner air, lower cost of electricity". At the meeting, the China International Investment Promotion Association's Investment and Innovation Committee and the International Energy Transition Commonwealth held a signing ceremony of strategic cooperation.

The former chairman of the board of supervisors of state-owned key large enterprises under the State Council, Luo Han, the former representative of the United Nations BOA Tianzhao, and Tang Tingchuan, the director of the Strategic and Policy Department of the China Petroleum Policy Research Office, made a splendid sharing. President Rohan pointed out that this year marks the 70th anniversary of the founding of New China. China's economic and social development has made remarkable achievements. People's living standards have improved significantly. At the same time, energy consumption ranks second in the world. Promoting the transformation of energy strategy has risen to the level of national strategy. President Luo believes that to solve the problem of energy transformation, first, we must adhere to the open direction and take the road of international cooperation and development. Only by learning and cooperating with the whole world in an open and inclusive manner can we better solve the problems of technology, capital and management; secondly, we should innovate constantly, use science and technology to lead the energy transformation, promote the advanced, practical and effective technological innovation, make good use of technological achievements and inject vigor into the energy strategic transformation.

Former UN BOA representative Tianxiao believed that energy is very important in all countries of the world. Civil diplomacy enables bilateral relations to develop better and plays a good bridge role in solving energy development problems in all countries. Tang Tingchuan, director of the Strategic and Policy Department of PetroChina Policy Research Office, believes that natural gas is a realistic way of energy transformation in China, and that the prospects for energy development are from high carbon to low carbon to no carbon, which is the consensus of the whole world. The so-called energy transformation is to increase the proportion of clean energy, such as natural gas, and reduce the proportion of coal. Experts at the meeting spoke freely about China's energy strategic transformation and reached consensus on "introducing foreign capital, serving domestic enterprises to go abroad and establishing transnational joint ventures as important measures to solve the energy transformation problem".

It is said that for a long time, the investment and innovation of China International Investment Promotion Association (Specialized Committee), which is based on innovation drive and "one belt and one road" initiative, has led Chinese enterprises to grasp new investment opportunities in the global competition, create new development momentum, realize the benign interaction between investment and innovation, and gather high-quality projects, capital and foreign products at home and abroad. Talents, create a collaborative innovation community. The framework of the International Energy Transition Commonwealth (ECPTP-IETPC) includes the world's leading energy technologies, services and operators. Its goal is to develop end-to-end large-scale projects, create turning points in the market, put some key new solutions into the market, and make these solutions from small-scale demonstration to large-scale application. According to the strategic cooperation agreement, the two sides will work hand in hand to establish a strategic partnership of mutual trust, mutual benefit, close and tacit understanding, improve efficiency, common development, make full use of their respective advantages, strengthen mutual exchanges, maintain a high degree of mutual trust, share information resources, and maximize the cooperative effect. Cooperation focuses on LNG logistics and supply chain efficiency, methanol economy, geothermal and waste heat recovery, investment in natural gas utilization projects, and production of biomethane, organic fertilizer, biomethanol, bioethanol, olefins, electricity, hydrogen and other products. Energy has always been a hot and difficult issue in China's economic development. Whether the energy problem is solved well or not directly affects whether the national economy can achieve sustainable development. With the changing international energy pattern, China is facing challenges brought by the strategic deployment of energy resources around the world. This is a bottleneck problem of China's national economic development and a severe test of China's peaceful rise. This seminar comprehensively analyses the energy situation from a strategic perspective, studies the energy development issues in depth, and actively puts forward suggestions and suggestions for the sustainability of China's national economic and social development.
