A batch of licensed pharmacists voluntarily cancelled their certificates

According to Fuyang Daily, in order to regulate the behavior of retail pharmacies and licensed pharmacists, the Municipal Market Regulatory Bureau has carried out a two-month flight inspection since May this year.
Up to now, 672 pharmacies have been inspected in the whole city, of which 13 have been registered and investigated, 154 have been ordered to rectify within a time limit, 3 have revoked the Certificate of Standards for Quality Control of Pharmaceutical Business, 113 enterprises have voluntarily reduced their business scope, 26 have voluntarily closed down, 11 have voluntarily cancelled pharmacies and 190 have voluntarily cancelled licensed pharmacists. Man. It is worth noting that there are more than 190 licensed pharmacists in a single city who take the initiative to cancel relevant certificates. In fact, under the circumstance of striking down the registration of licensed pharmacists by the state, many provincial and municipal licensed pharmacists have taken the initiative to cancel the registration certificate of "lease" in pharmacies. Last month, the Jiangsu Provincial Pharmaceutical Regulatory Bureau announced that 34 pharmacies had voluntarily closed down, 32 pharmacies had voluntarily cancelled the Pharmaceutical License, 356 licensed pharmacists had voluntarily changed their registration, and 252 had voluntarily cancelled the Licensed Pharmacist Registration Certificate since March. It's a good idea.
Certainly, there are many licensed pharmacists who "rent" the certificate to drug stores. At present, only a few of them have been reported, but judging from the national renovation efforts, this must be a tough hand. Take Shandong Province as an example, the incomplete statistical data of pharmacy managers show that after Shandong Province launched operations in the whole province, Jinan, Jining, Heze, Zaozhuang, Weifang, Weihai, Taian, Yantai, Binzhou, Linyi, Dezhou and Yucheng totally revoked and recovered 85 pharmacies after May 1. GSP certificate.
Guangdong Province has exposed illegal pharmacies almost every working day since the implementation of the hierarchical classification management of pharmacies, and there are not a few licensed pharmacists whose certificates have been cancelled due to registration. Just last month, the Guangdong Provincial Pharmaceutical Regulatory Bureau exposed eight licensed pharmacists, six of whom had their license numbers cancelled. As stated in March this year by the State Drug Administration, provincial bureaus have organized supervision and inspection of drug retail enterprises in their jurisdictions since May 1, 2019.
For pharmacies, if a licensed pharmacist exists in a drug retail enterprise, the certificate of the Pharmaceutical Operation Quality Management Standard shall be revoked in accordance with the serious violation of the Pharmaceutical Operation Quality Management Standard.
For licensed pharmacists, those who check and discover the existence of "registered license" behavior shall revoke their "licensed pharmacist registration certificate", record and publicize it in the national licensed pharmacist registration management information system, and shall not re-register and practise until the above-mentioned bad information records are revoked.
In addition, crackdown on licensed pharmacists'licenses is not only this year, in fact, it has lasted for a long time. As early as the beginning of 2017, the Guiding Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Strengthening the Construction of Personal Credit System issued by the State Council clearly pointed out that strengthening the construction of Personal Credit System, commending integrity, punishing dishonesty and improving the credit level of the whole society should be strengthened. The issue of licensed pharmacists and physicians registration was highlighted.
In April of the same year, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Affairs issued the Notice on the Attachment Behavior of Professional Qualification Certificate for Centralized Governance. In conjunction with the Ministry of Housing, Urban and Rural Construction, the Ministry of Environmental Protection, the General Administration of Food and Drug Administration and the Intellectual Property Bureau, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Affairs concentrated on deploying efforts to combat drug circulation, environmental impact "Registration Certificate" problem. At the end of June, the former State Administration of Food and Drugs issued a circular on the centralized improvement of drug quality and safety in urban-rural junction ministries and pharmacies clinics in rural areas, requiring local pharmacies and clinics to be renovated by local drug regulatory bureaus, focusing on licensed pharmacists and off-duty performance. Of course, there are also a lot of documents to rectify licensed pharmacists'registration certificates in different places. In March 2017, Liaoning Province issued a paper requiring drug dealers to conduct self-examination from March 20 to May 1, and to rectify the problems of false suspension of licensed pharmacists, part-time employment and inadequate performance of their duties immediately. In May 2018, Liaoning Province notified that all retail enterprises were required to conduct self-examination of licensed pharmacists hired by July 31, to actively clean up licensed pharmacists and report to the local municipal bureau that licensed pharmacists should voluntarily apply for cancellation of registration.
