From June 18 to 28, 2019, the first batch of training was successfully carried out in 24 training bases in 7 provinces, including Heilongjiang Province, Jilin Province, Liaoning Province, Henan Province, Jiangsu Province, Shandong Province and Shanxi Province, covering more than 300 key doctors in township hospitals.

It undertakes the construction of the medical community in 12 Township hospitals, and improves the local medical service level by sending high-quality medical services to the township, as well as sitting, patrolling and ward-round. In addition, in promoting discipline construction, Cui Yanzhan said that in the process of overall hospital planning, the hospital also selected several key specialty department directors and senior professional experts, such as neurology, cardiology, digestion and endocrinology, to conduct on-site training for local students at the grass-roots level.
