The World's Largest! The Annual Output of 1.2 Million Tons of Multi-component Copolymerized PP Plant Has Been Handed Over!
On April 18, Zhongjing Petrochemical's 1.2 million ton/year copolymerized polypropylene plant was handed over, which will be the largest production base of propylene and polypropylene in the world. Zhu Zebin, general manager of Fujian Zhongjing Petrochemical Co., Ltd., said that in the next 3-5 years, Zhongjing Petrochemical will achieve a production scale of 3 million tons of propylene and 3.5 million tons of polypropylene, making it the largest production base in the world.
The total investment of Zhongjing Petrochemical's 1.2 million tons of multi-copolymer polypropylene project is 4 billion yuan and the annual output value is 15 billion yuan, which can drive the industrial chain by 25 billion yuan and the supply chain finance by 25 billion yuan. The project introduces the most advanced technology from the world-renowned company LyondellBasel in the Netherlands, and the products fill the gaps in the province, and change the situation that China imports a large number of copolymerized polypropylene every year, and complete the internal circulation industry chain. In the process of introducing technology, design, construction and installation, the project has developed and overcome many technical problems, and realized the world's first sets of three sets of equipment: 95 tons per hour extrusion granulator, loop reactor, and loop reactor axial flow pump. , the project was also recognized as a national-level green manufacturing and green factory by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
Zhongjing Petrochemical is the only petrochemical private enterprise that uses energy as raw material in Fujian Province. The Fuqing Jiangyin Zhongjing Petrochemical Science and Technology Park project has a planned total investment of 50 billion yuan, and has the largest low-temperature propane irrigation area in Asia that can receive and store 1 million cubic meters. The world's only BOPP enterprise with a complete industry chain from propane terminal to propane, propylene, polypropylene and polypropylene film, enjoys the title of "World Film King". The group also used 160,000 tons of hydrogen as a by-product to extend the “Integration of Hydrogen Energy Utilization and Fully Degradable New Materials” project with an industrial chain of 100 billion yuan. After the park is fully put into operation, it will become the world's largest polypropylene and propylene enterprise with a single plant. Within five years, the total output value of the manufacturing industry will exceed 200 billion yuan, driving the industrial chain by 100 billion yuan and supply chain finance by 100 billion yuan.
